Ingmar Posner - Robots for the real world

This event is part of the Royal Society's Summer Science Exhibition 2025.

Get ready to gear up with Dr Ingmar Posner, a robotics expert whose research tackles the nuts and bolts of robot learning, from decoding complex scenes to making smart decisions and learning quickly. Whether it’s steering autonomous cars, streamlining logistics, or reaching for the stars in space exploration, Ingmar’s work keeps robots well-oiled and ready for action.

Join us to see how robots are learning to learn and think - and why the future of intelligent machines is anything but robotic.
